The G-Squad HR watch is the first watch of the G-Shock brand with a heart rate, a GPS and solar assistance.
The G-Squad HR is for those who want a robust watch with a wrist cardio and a GPS to face all situations, even the most extreme.
Like all G-Shock, this new model meets the most stringent sustainability requirements. The impact resistant structure protects the module. The housing is designed to withstand direct shocks on glass and buttons. The back of the stainless steel case is curved and associated with resin reinforcements for comfort and softness on the wrist.
Thus, you will have thanks to the G-Squad HR of a watch with 5 sensors: accelerometer, compass / altimeter, barometer, temperature and finally the must the cardio with wrist! For this, an optical sensor present at the back of the watch measures the heart rate, through a LED that will follow the blood flow. The optical sensor measures the reflective light, which makes it possible to determine the heart rate via an algorithm.
The G-Squad HR is equipped with a GPS receiver operating with GPS, GLONASS and MICHIBIKI location systems. You will have access to different information in real time: the distance traveled, speed, rhythm and save your route via the application but you will not be able to navigate to a target.
The G-Squad HR can take care of two ways: by USB but also by assisted solar loading. Thus, the Time mode including outdoor sensors, the number of steps and smartphone notifications is totally powered by solar load, providing more than 12 months of autonomy. GPS mode requires a USB recharge but the solar load reinforces the life of this mode according to the ambient brightness! Practical when you do not have to take nearby, but the sunlight to load our watch!
The G-Shock Move app as well as the watch will allow you to track your performances with the traces of your activities as well as training data. You can follow your shape via the VO² Max, your training charge, your recovery time but also plan training depending on your goals.
