Seiko Speedtimer: a new line of solar chronographs
In the 1960s, the Seiko Manufacture launched on the international sports timing scene with a whole new generation of high-precision time measuring devices that have been enthusiastically approved by many international sports federations and used to capture The time elapsed at many global sporting events. At the heart of this success was a series of chronometers incorporating the innovative mechanism of Seiko: a heart-shaped cam, a feature that offered a precision level that it was once thought impossible to reach with manual chronometers.

Four new solar chronographs inspired by the 1969 SpeedTimer model are now available. Animated by the V192 caliber, they offer a 24 hour indicator, a small second hand of the time display, a chronograph minutes counter up to 60 minutes in a six-hour sub-dial also offering a function Power reserve indication. They are offered in four different dial colors: white, marine, gold and black and will join the Successful Collection.

Design
The shape of the housing is inspired by the original but its diameter of 39 mm, the gentle polishing of the bracelet and the curved glass sapphire gives it a very current character.
